Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Welch’s Pies & Pasties, we want you to be happy with your order. As many of our products are freshly prepared, made to order or perishable, different cancellation and refund rules may apply depending on the type of product ordered and whether preparation has already begun.

This policy explains when an order may be changed or cancelled, when a refund may be available and what to do if there is a problem with your order.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once preparation of a fresh, personalised or made-to-order product has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.

Where an order can be cancelled before preparation has begun, any payment already made will be refunded using the original payment method.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any refund will relate only to the amount that we have agreed should be refunded.

Orders Not Collected

If you have arranged to collect an order, please collect it on the agreed date and at the agreed time.

Because many of our products are freshly prepared or perishable, we cannot guarantee that an uncollected order can be stored for collection at a later date.

If you are unable to collect your order as arranged, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may not be available for freshly prepared or perishable orders that were completed as agreed but were not collected.

Refunds for Delivery Charges

Where a refund is due because an order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will consider any applicable delivery charges as part of the refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Delivery charges may not be refundable where an order has been correctly prepared and supplied but the customer has changed their mind or has provided incorrect delivery information.
